Our Approach
My wife and I have two kids who would be happier being on devices then "doing stuff". This site is a way for them to have a say in what happens and see it out there.
The goal is just to share some hikes we've liked, primarily with Maryland as the base but will spread out as we have more and more adventures. We don't take any money or endorsements, just looking to share ways that the kids enjoy getting outside and, hopefully, connect with like-minded folks.
Our Story
Our story is just a connection of a normal family. We love the outdoors but may not be particularly talented with being out there. This is surival stories or how-to videos. We do hope that it resonates with some people and introduces areas and hikes we love for others.

Next Steps...
Getting out there is really the next step. By and large we are going to list hikes that are completely free of charge. As a friend of mine said, "America is an amazing country because you take care of it." We had been on the Appalachian Trail at the time and was just amazed about the volunteer efforts that go into keeping trails open for everyone.
